A piece leaves the atelier once and returns many times. Everything below is included for as long as the piece exists.

Sizing
First resizing within two years is complimentary and carried out on the original bench, never subcontracted.

Annual inspection
Claw tension, seat wear and rhodium condition measured under 20× and reported to you in writing.
- 03
Re-polish
Lifetime re-polish of metal surfaces. Stones are removed, cleaned ultrasonically and re-seated.

Certification
Independent IGI grading plus our own optical report. Duplicate certificates issued free of charge.

Secure delivery
Hand-carried by a bonded courier within Europe and the Gulf, with a signature required from the named client only.

Engraving
Interior engraving in any script, hand-cut with a graver rather than laser-etched.

The weekly routine, the monthly check at a window, the annual bench inspection — and the four things never to do to a hand-set claw.
